We understand that travel plans don’t always go as expected, so we offer flexible options to make your experience with The Nile Dahabiya as stress-free as possible.
Free Cancellation: Cancel your booking up to 10 days before departure at no charge.
Guaranteed Credit Option: If you cancel less than 10 days before departure, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. However, this amount will be issued as a credit toward a future cruise, valid for 12 months from your original booking date.

To secure your cruise booking with The Nile Dahabiya, the following payment terms apply:
25% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. This must be paid within one month of receiving your booking confirmation.
50% of the total amount is due 4 months prior to your scheduled departure date.
The remaining 25% balance is due 2 months prior to departure, along with your final cabin list.

Refunds
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the same account used for the original payment within 14 business days. Please note that no refunds are provided for “no-shows.”
Responsibility
The Nile Dahabiya acts solely as an agent in providing accommodations and transportation. We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, delays, or expenses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, civil disturbances, transportation delays, government actions, or changes made by hotels or third-party providers.
Children Policy
Children are welcome aboard The Nile Dahabiya, and pricing may vary depending on age and cruise type. Please contact us directly for detailed information on our child rates and applicable conditions.
Special Requests
If you have any dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or other special requests, please inform us at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of all requests.
Tipping
Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a thoughtful way to show appreciation for the crew’s service. We suggest tipping based on your level of satisfaction.
Complaints
If you encounter any issues during your cruise, please inform a crew member or contact our office immediately. We strive to resolve all concerns on the spot. Unresolved issues may be addressed to the Egyptian Travel Agent Association or the Ministry of Tourism upon your return.
By making a reservation and completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions. These conditions form a binding agreement between you (the guest) and The Nile Dahabiya.
